Most meals, complimentary 24-hour room service, nightly entertainment, casino facilities, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, exciting itineraries and ports of call, a world of shipboard activities, meeting rooms with standard audio/visual equipment, and, of course, impeccable service are all included.

While onboard, who do I talk to if I need assistance?

All of our ships have a dedicated Onboard Service Coordinator, so someone will be with you every step of the way, offering their assistance through all stages of your meeting. This complimentary service is available on all Royal Caribbean International ships.

Are there meeting facilities onboard?

Yes. All ships have meeting facilities aboard. Seating capacities vary depending on ship and configuration. Meeting space is complimentary and based on availability.

Is audio/video equipment available, and is there a fee for usage?

Based on availability, standard audio/video equipment is available free of charge. Equipment such as overhead projectors, slide projectors, screens, TVs, VCRs, flipcharts, laser pointers, microphones, podiums and more are standard on all ships. LCD projectors are available on many of the newer vessels. Advanced audio/video equipment may be rented for a nominal charge.

Is there Internet access onboard?

For a small fee, royalcaribbean online has onboard workstations from which guests can send and receive email. Wi-Fi service is also available, throughout the ships and within staterooms, for use with your own laptops.

What's a "Hot Spot"?

A Hot Spot is a particular location where you can go to gain access to the Wireless Network (i.e. Schooner Bar, Viking Crown, etc).

Will my cell phone work at sea?

You may be in the middle of the ocean, but you can still stay connected while at sea! All Royal Caribbean ships have an advanced roaming network that allows use of mobile phones.

Do I need a passport?

A valid passport is required for travel. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within six (6) months of the sailing termination date.

When can I check-in on embarkation day?

The boarding time for your ship and sailing date is specified in your Guest Vacation Documents. Please do not plan on arriving at the pier earlier than the specified time as the ship will not be ready to board guests.

When and how can I disembark?

Once the ship has received proper clearance from the port, disembarkation can begin. Specific disembarkation details will be delivered to you on the ship.

Are there any beverage packages available?

Beverage packages are available for meeting and incentive programs. Packages are pre-ordered and all attendees must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Is there an extra fee to have food and beverage during my meeting?

Yes, depending on the food and beverage there may be a minimal set up charge.

Yes, however, arrangements need to be made during the planning process of the program.

What kind of security is there onboard?

Royal Caribbean International's highest priority is to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Royal Caribbean has established strict security procedures in the seaport terminals we utilize and onboard all our vessels. These measures include screening all guests and their personal property prior to boarding.

What is not included in my cruise fare?

Shore excursion, alcoholic drinks and soda, gratuities, government tax and fees, spa services, gift shop purchases, professional photos, gambling and any other incidentals. However all these additional services may be purchased in advance.

Can I pre-book spa treatments?

Spa treatments can be pre-booked during the planning process of the program. Space is limited and is based on availability.

Can I purchase airport transfers for cruise-only guests?

Yes, this service is called Royal Connections. If you purchase a Royal Connections transfer, we'll meet you either in baggage claim or outside of customs for international flights. After you have claimed your luggage, we'll escort you to our air-conditioned coach for a ride to the pier in comfort.
